REFUND POLICY

The goal of Huguenot Little League is to provide a fun, positive atmosphere where all players have the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills and rules of Little League Baseball / Softball. This begins with the formation of fair and balanced teams, whether through a draft (competitive teams) or assignment (developmental teams) process. For this reason, once a player is registered in an HLL program, a refund request may be made according to the following policy:

In the Spring Season:

  • During the entire registration enrollment period, a full refund, less the $3.00 processing fee, is available for all divisions
  • Once registration has closed, a full refund, less the $3.00 processing fee is only available prior to teams being determined
    • For competitive divisions, 7 Year Old Coach Pitch and higher, that deadline is prior to the draft night 
    • For developmental divisions, 6 Year Old Coach Pitch and lower, that deadline is prior to the date of the first division practice
  • After the deadlines above, parents may request a partial refund for up to 50% of the registration fee, less the $3.00 processing fee, by contacting the HLL Board of Directors. You must send an email describing the extenuating circumstances for special consideration to [email protected], with the subject line of Extenuating Circumstances Refund. The HLL board will discuss the merits of the refund at the next board meeting (held the second Monday of each month) and will respond within 7 days of that meeting with the refund decision.

In the Fall Season:

  • During the entire registration enrollment period, a full refund, less the $3.00 processing fee, is available for all divisions
  • Once registration has closed, a full refund, less the $3.00 processing fee is only available prior to the team's first practice
  • After the deadlines above, parents may request a partial refund for up to 50% of the registration fee, less the $3.00 processing fee, by contacting the HLL Board of Directors.
